Petrovac by the Sea

Petrovac by the Sea is a small tourist town located halfway between Budva and Bar. The place itself is ideal for young families with children to vacation. Petrovac’s trademark is its fortress “Lazaret”. Coming down from it, you enter a small pedestrian street that follows the city beach to “Malo Brdo”. The promenade is filled with old buildings, among which the “Crvena Komuna” building stands out.

The beaches in Petrovac are “City Beach”, “Lučice” beach, “Buljarice”, “Perazića Do”, “Drobni Pjesak”. All beaches can be reached on foot, and the more distant ones have organized parking areas for cars.

Petrovac by the Sea complements its peace with proximity to Budva and all cultural events. “City Theater” is an event that we at our small Vila Đurić most enjoy visiting and recommend to everyone!

A sandy beach over 2 km long and the largest on the Budva Riviera. About half of the beach in the part closer to Petrovac is equipped for swimming. The rest is for lovers of wild nature. Buljarica is also a populated place. You can drive almost to the sea itself. Sunbeds, cafes, restaurants are a given.

Sea Dance

With its size and beauty, in recent years it has also attracted the organizers of the SEA DANCE festival in early September. Petrovac by the Sea is blessed with such a large and beautiful beach!

Lučice

Lučice beach is located in the next smaller bay on the way from Buljarice to Petrovac. Lučice beach is the holder of the International “Blue Flag” award. An ecological standard that is awarded to beaches that meet thirty-two mandatory criteria. It is situated in a bay between two capes, surrounded by cypress and pine forest, separated from city noise. It is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Montenegrin coast. Parking is located right next to the beach (fee charged).

It is recognizable for its very interesting restaurants right on the sand and in the pine forest. The recommendation and choice of most Vila Đurić guests is precisely this beach. The distance of about 650m doesn’t prevent most people from walking to it.

It stretches in the surroundings of the former “AS” hotel and can be reached by the most beautiful walking path in Petrovac through the pine forest. About 45 minutes of easy walking from Vila Đurić can also be experienced as a pleasure. And when you get there – AMAZEMENT. We won’t tell you anything else except that we’ll definitely meet there. It is located on the route to Budva and is reached by car. Its biggest problem is actually getting there due to the very steep descent from the main road. However, we want to recommend a visit to this place to everyone dear to us. The recommendation is by boat, but all that is forgotten once you get there.
